1. Data collected and rights of data subjects

When you browse our Website, we collect various data, some of which are considered personal data. You have the following rights with respect to your personal data in our possession:

2. Collection of general data

Whenever you browse our web pages, we collect a series of general data. Such general data and information are recorded in logs on the server. The following data are collected:

  • The difference in time zone relative to the GMT time zone

  • HTTP status code/access status
  • Quantity of data transmitted

  • Operating system
The general data collected are not attributed to an identified person. We need to collect such data for technical purposes so that we can broadcast our Website in a stable and secure manner.

3. Contact form

When you use the contact form to send us a request, the data that you enter into the form, including your contact details, will be recorded by us so that we can process your request. The processing of such information is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, of which you can receive a copy upon request and the link for which is featured in every quotation we draw up for you. We will not transmit such data to third parties without your consent.

The information you enter into the contact form will only be stored so long as it serves its intended purpose. In cases in which storage depends solely on your consent, we will delete the information whenever you revoke such consent, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies, which are small text files that are saved on your computer and contain retrievable information about your browsing behaviour. 5. Web-Tracking

Our Website uses web-tracking tools to help identify problems users may encounter and improve user experience.

Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of how our Website is used. Thanks to the anonymisation process, it is impossible to link such data with the data subject.
